Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return it.

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition
• Any damaged or incomplete product cannot be accepted for return
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, contact our customer service at bslb.heatsurvival@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with shipping instructions within 48 hours.

Refund

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product. We will cover the return and replacement at no additional cost.
