RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Any product that is damaged, incomplete or has clearly been used cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at the email address provided on our website. We will send you return instructions within 48 business hours. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

Refund

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.
