TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between VentiFresh, operating the website ventifresh-shop.com, and any customer making a purchase on this site.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale define the rights and obligations of both parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by VentiFresh.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on ventifresh-shop.com at the time of browsing. VentiFresh reserves the right to modify its product range at any time.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). VentiFresh reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of order is the only price applicable to the customer.

4. Orders

Placing an order on ventifresh-shop.com implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale. Confirmation of the order by the customer constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via the methods available on the website. Payment data is encrypted and secure. VentiFresh does not store any banking information.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order. Delivery times are given as estimates. Any delay shall not give rise to damages or compensation.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. Return conditions are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Legal Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

9. Liability

VentiFresh shall not be held liable for failure to perform the contract in cases of force majeure, disruption or strike of postal services and means of transport, or any other event beyond its control.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction. In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator.
